We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items that are **unwashed, unused, and free of stains, odors, or debris**. (Health and safety first!) Please note that if a return doesn’t meet these standards, we won’t be able to accept, modify, or exchange it—gotta keep everything safe and clean for everyone!
Here’s the plan to get back on track: – You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to start a return or exchange. – Items must be in their original condition—no signs of use, correctly labeled, and in the original packaging. – Returns with any material, stains, or substances on the ostomy belt won’t be accepted (sorry, no exceptions here!).

Got a return? No worries—we’re here to help! Just be sure to include your **name, sales order number, and contact info** in your return package so we can get things moving smoothly.
A few things to keep in mind: – You’re responsible for return shipping and handling. 🚚 – Think we made an oops on your order? We recommend double watching the how to measure and how to put on your ostomy band videos to be sure. Sometimes that fixes the concern. If not drop us an email and send it back and we’ll get it sorted.
When your return reaches our office, it’ll be processed in the order we receive it.
🎉 However, custom-made orders may have a restock or remake fee of $50.00. If you’re swapping for a new style, any cost difference will be sorted out before we finalize things. Refunds will go back to your original payment method, minus shipping and any applicable restocking fees.
**Pro Tips for a Perfect Fit:** – Check out our **‘How to Measure’ video** or reach out to Customer Service for advice before placing your order. – Always try on your Stealth Band as soon as it arrives. If anything’s not right, let us know ASAP—we’re here to make it right!
CUSTOMS FEES AND TAXES

Please note that all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer for international orders. These charges may vary depending on the destination country and are assessed by local customs authorities. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any potential fees before completing your purchase. Some countries will not deliver your package unless the customs fees are paid in advance. If the fee is not paid they may even send it back to us. We are constantly expanding so if there is a feee now hopefully in the future we will distribute to your area with better prices and delivery times.
WARRANTY
At Stealth Medical Inc., we’ve got your back (and your belt) with a 6-month warranty! Your Stealth Band may actually last forever but we are required to put an expected life span to be in compliance. 🎉 This covers any defects in materials or workmanship because quality is our thing. After six months, we’ll have to let your warranty ride off into the sunset, so be sure to reach out if anything’s not quite right within that time frame. We’re here to help! 🛠️✨
